CANCELLED DUE TO UCU STRIKE: CGIS Lunchtime Talk: Approaches to Gender Workshop

Please note that this event has been cancelled due to planned UCU industrial action.

Our final lunchtime talk of term is a workshop on approaches to gender. The interactive discussion-based workshop brings together the expertise of Professor Conrad Leyser (medieval religious and social history of western Europe and North Africa) and Professor Kathryn Gleadle (professor of gender and women's history in late-eighteenth- and nineteeenth-century Britain).

This is the final workshop in the series of fortnightly lunchtime talks in Michaelmas (weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8) to examine critically together the concepts that are at the heart of Oxford History Faculty's Centre for Gender, Identity, and Subjectivity (CGIS).

Sandwiches will be available from just before 1pm.

Tuesday 3 December

1-2.30pm
